Objective

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

current practise

With the current Work From Home (WFH) situation, project managers at all levels and positions are losing more time. To achieve the project milestone, there are many everyday tasks to be carried out like managing drawings, RFI, billing data, or Site Inspection data. Also, tasks that need physical presence to be monitored like Machine count, labor count, In/out time, quantity achieved, etc. 
Progress report presentations for weekly/fortnightly/monthly are made manually to send to clients. This is a repetitive activity and takes a lot of time, which can be used for other important tasks.
